Q.What's included in weekly service?
Every visit we skim the surface, brush walls & tile, vacuum, empty skimmer and pump baskets, and run a full water-chemistry test (chlorine, pH, alkalinity) — adding the chemicals your pool needs. You get the same dedicated technician every week.
Q.How often should my pool be serviced?
In Miami's heat and sun, weekly service is what keeps water safe, clear and balanced year-round. Bi-weekly is possible for lightly-used pools, but weekly prevents algae and costly problems.
Q.My pool is green or cloudy — can you fix it?

Q.Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as our technician can safely access your pool area (gate code or unlocked gate), you don't need to be home. We'll leave a note or send an update after each visit.
Q.Do you repair pool equipment?
Yes — we service and repair pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems and handle leak detection. We can also upgrade you to an energy-saving variable-speed pump or a salt system. Just ask.
